Jessica and Shawn chose two spots for their engagement session that beautifully captured their relationship and personalities as well as the natural beauty of California! The sunset was really showing off for us at the beach and we got some really beautiful images.
Quail Hill Trail in Irvine was a beautiful scenery for capturing Jessica and Shawn's love. This natural park is a gem in Southern California that offers hikers and runners, families and couples, and humans and fur-babies a space to get outside and admire the beauty of the area. There is an easy 2-mile loop at the trailhead, and it is dog friendly (be sure to keep them leashed)! It is also a great photoshoot spot, with 2.8 acres of natural space to get those perfect images!
There's something to be said about the bond between dogs and their owners. As someone with a dog of my own, I know how special it is to have our pets with us during life's most precious moments. The connection that Jessica and Shawn have with their dogs was the perfect addition to this beautiful day.
We also caught some magical images at Table Rock Beach in Laguna while the sun was setting behind us. The pastel colors reflecting off the water made for the perfect light and an intimate setting for Jessica and Shawn to embrace each other and show off their love.
